These terms apply to your use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to services provided by VR CodeCraft.

Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Proposals and scope
Each project is defined by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and price. If it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Fees and payment
Fees and the payment schedule are stated in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days. Applicable taxes, including GST, are added as required. Work may pause while a payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information, content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side can affect the timeline. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code and deliverables created for you. Open-source components stay under their own licences, and we keep the right to reuse our general tools and know-how.
We may mention non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a separate NDA.
Warranties and liability
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. This website is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on hosting, payment, messaging and other third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and charges. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Ending a project
Either side may end a project by written notice if the other materially breaches the agreement and does not fix it within 15 days. You pay for work completed up to that date. See our Refund Policy for details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of our registered office.
